While reporting on the refugee crisis in Ceuta, a tiny Spanish enclave on the Moroccan side of Gibraltar, we uncovered a truly disturbing reality. Human beings, even blind and physically handicapped, being used as pack animals to move goods into Morocco for a few Euros a day to avoid trade tariffs. While there, an unexpected boycott led to cross border trade shutting down, and many Moroccans losing their grueling livelihood.
